Glowing Ember — Prelude Edition Wax Melts

Woodsmoke · Warm Spice · Earthy

Pure essential oils of Virginia cedarwood, guaiacwood, sweet orange, black spruce, vetiver, cinnamon leaf, black pepper, patchouli and amyris

Twelve melts (6 oz) · coconut-apricot wax · wick-free

The best nights don’t end when the flames die down.

You’ve pulled your chairs closer to the fire, and someone drapes a blanket across their knees. Stories wander from one person to the next: the familiar ones that still make everyone laugh, and the ones you’ve never heard before. For a while, nobody checks the time.

A log shifts, sending a few sparks into the dark. You linger beside the embers, watching them brighten with the breeze, because nobody quite wants to leave.

Later, you’ll catch a trace of smoke on your sleeve and remember how it felt to sit there together.

“I made this one for the nights that end too soon.”
— Lindsey

Scent Journey

Sweet orange flickers first, like the last twist of peel in a warm cup. Black pepper and cinnamon leaf crackle in like sparks lifting from the fire.

Virginia cedarwood brings the dry scent of split logs stacked nearby, while black spruce carries cool, resinous night air from the trees. Guaiacwood adds the smoky sweetness of woodsmoke caught in your sweater.

Below, vetiver and patchouli settle into cool earth beneath your feet, and amyris holds the soft, lasting warmth of glowing embers.

Warm. Smoky. Together.

Why You’ll Love It
  • All the warmth of a woodsmoke evening, without lighting a fire.
  • All of the scent, with no flame and no wick.
  • Twelve melts, so you can use one or two at a time and change scents whenever you like.
  • You can smell them the moment you open the box.
  • Pure essential oils only, never synthetic fragrance.
  • Hand-poured in small batches in Ontario by one maker, start to finish.
How to Use

Your fireside ritual: on a cool night, gather your people (or just a blanket and a book), warm a Glowing Ember melt and let the evening run long.

  • Place one or two melts in the dish of a wax melt warmer, following its instructions and capacity.
  • When the scent fades, let the wax cool completely, then remove it before adding fresh melts.
  • Never light the melts directly or add water.
  • Never leave your warmer on unattended.
  • Throw used wax in the bin, never down the drain.

FAQ’s

Is it the same scent as the candle?
Yes. It’s the same blend and the same essential oils, made for your warmer.

How many should I use?
Start with one or two, depending on the size of your warmer dish.

How do I get the used wax out?
Let it cool completely. Popping the dish in the freezer for a few minutes helps it lift out in one piece.

How do I keep the scent strong?
Keep the melts in their box, away from sunlight and heat, until you’re ready to use them.
